Goal

The quality of an application can be measured using a set of unique metrics. Establishing a set of quality objectives is a fundamental step in the quality management process. You can build a quality goal for your company that includes various quality targets. Different Quality Objectives for a Goal may have a clear numerical target or a target that is gauged by the goal's progress toward completion (yes or no). According to the Frequency that is established for the Goal, it is monitored.

Procedure

The Parent-Child link, which may or may not exist between the various Procedures, is depicted using a tree of procedures. They are grouped together under the parent procedure if a procedure has a child procedure; otherwise, they are each displayed separately. If he is childless, you can amend or delete the operation straight from this point.

Action

Quality Action is a standard feature that enables the deployment of corrective and preventive measures. It is used in response to a quality review to remedy unsatisfactory results or prevent them from occurring. Quality Action workflows guarantee that predetermined solutions and processes are followed, which creates a controlled environment and lowers the possibility of repeating problems. For a quality goal or customer feedback that might not satisfy the desired quality standards, quality actions can be initiated. A Corrective or Preventive Action can be initiated based on that.
